Our Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) nurses are qualified and licensed to provide the following services under
the orders of your physician:
• Wound care
• Injections
• Foley catheter care
• Ostomy care and instructions
• Glucose monitoring
• IV therapy
• Medication management and education
• Assessment, teaching & reassurance
• Post hospital and surgical care
• Care for chronic medical conditions
Assist patients with impaired communication skills to either help patients regain those skills or to learn alternative ways to express their needs and feelings.
Medical social workers help patients and their families cope with the personal and emotional impact of their illness or disability. The social worker may also assist with locating financial resources and community assistance programs such as home meal delivery or support groups.
Provide physician prescribed treatments aimed at assisting with development and restoration of muscle and joint function.
Certified Aides available to help with the patient’s personal care and hygiene needs and other nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
Help patients regain the skills necessary for self-care and activities of daily living.
A Registered Dietitian is qualified to provide dietetic counseling, instruction on nutritional principles, dietary plans and educate patients of food selection.
